Confirm the street address and unit number with the provider before opening an account. For condos, first ask the HOA which utilities are master-metered, included in assessments, or billed through its contracted submeter company. Geographic ZIPs are included below, including special-use and county-border ZIPs. PO-box-only and historical ZIPs are excluded because they do not define utility service areas. Ask the HOA about bulk contracts and wiring, then use each carrier's address lookup. Propane delivery, private wells, septic pumping, irrigation meters and private refuse contracts likewise require property-specific checks. For a property-management file, record: Street address and unit; municipality; electric/gas account responsibility; water district; sewer operator and billing method; trash hauler and container type; HOA included utilities; submeter company; emergency maintenance contact; and the date each provider confirmed service. RESEARCH LIMITS The full geographic ZIP list is included, but rural small-system and tribal service territories have not been certified parcel by parcel. Some entries therefore provide a lookup route rather than a guessed provider. The submeter list includes seven locally documented/service-advertising firms and four broader providers; it is not proof that no other firms operate in the county.
